> they'll deliver rain barrel bins ($65 each), food composting bins (1 for $25 or 2 for $40) and yard waste composting bins ($25 each) directly to your front door. just call 206.684.0190 or go to www.seattle.gov/binsandbarrels to order online.

> a series of workshops called the "Savvy Gardener Saturday Series" (www.savingwater.org) or call the Garden Hotline at 206.633.0224

> a free gardening e-newsletter called "The Savvy Gardener" with info about classes, seasonal advice, discounts and more.
to subscribe, go to: www.savingwater.org/outside_savvygardener.htm

> a Garden Hotline staffed by experts offering free answers to your gardening questions
call 206.633.0224 or email help@gardenhotline.org

> Northwest Natural Yard Days (http://www.yarddays.com) 0ffers discounts of up to 25% on environmentally-friendly yard care products

> recycle your old gas mower for free and upgrade to an environmentally-friendly push or electric mower with a $25 coupon. if you purchase your new mower at a NW Natural Yard Days store (see above), you can double your savings.
